    Default Duck Boat Rebuild

Well I have been seeing these fancy little tilt and trim units on the duck boats for the last few years. Well I finally got me one and when I pulled my old mercury 25 off of my 21 year old boat boy did I open a can of worms. The first thing that had to happen was a new transom and then a new seat deck to scoot the seat pedestal back so I could reach the tiller. This all said and done I'm pretty sure I have more invested in a power tilt and trim than the whole rig is worth but I will tell you this old boat has more memories and character than anything I own. This is the almost final product and I will give her a test run on the river in the morning.

Great job!! Did you do the transom?? Looks very professional!
