If you mix it 1-1 just paint it and bake. No need to clear coat unless clearing with sparkle. I may not be right but I always bake mine then reheat to coat with sparkle then bake again.
I just some powder paint and 200% glass clear from Roseys.
I am going to mix it 1 to 1 .
My question is do I put on a clear coat before baking?
I know i will have to when i mix glitter with the clear.
Thanks for your help.

I agree cray, no clear coat is needed when you mix the two together. If I add a top coat to get glitter I put it on while the jighead is still hot after I dip in the color. I only bake once, There are guys that do this either way. You will soon learn what works best for yourself, keep us posted on how your painting goes.

For what it is worth. I was told that you can mix them 1 to 1. I was even told that once the powder starts to get low you can even cut it again with another 1 to 1. I kind of look at it like clear coat on a car. All it is going to do is make the color look "deeper".
Hope this helps,
