    hey guys whats up? been listening for a couple of weeks and decided to join in. anyway been out a couple of times to try to catch some crappie and havent caught the first one yet. tried minnows and jigs. my first concern is that ive underestimated how light a crappie hit is . you think thats possible? anyway been fishing a creek off the tennessee river about 3-4 feet deep(my bait) not the creek gettin plenty of bass but no crappie any help appreciated

    Hi Welcome to the site, might try fishing a little deeper, they are in 12-15' here in indiana. keep jiging away they will come

    welcome from lower Arkansas. Try a small roadrunner with a tube body. Cast and retrieve slowly.
