I know it's gonna make me wanna get me one, but I'll have to wait til I win

I keep forgetting to ask you, how far away from the boat do you set your planer boards?

Hey man, been so tore up over all the junk going on, haven't even
thought about the boat in the last few days - but if I can get the camera
to co-operate, I'll try

On the boards, it all depends on how much boat traffic and how tight an
area I'm fishing in, but I run one with 100 feet between rod and board,
and another with 40 or so - both sides, if I can. They will work even farther
than that, but with the hazard of some yahoo running over them, and
having to reel so much line in when you catch one, that's about my limit.
