    Default Deer Chili

    2# ground deer meat
    2 white onions
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 cans tamatoe sauce
1 can of Rotel I prefer the Mexican Rotel but I use what I have
4 jalepeno peppers (more if you like it Hotter than a Judges tongue at a Texas chili cookoff )
    garlic garlic garlic
    cumin
    chili powder
    salt
    pepper
    1-12 pack of BEER

Brown your meat when I start my meat I cover the top with GARLIC white out I call it, a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of pepper and one chopped onion and add 1/2 bottle of beer until cooked. Once cooked I add 1 chopped onion, jalepenos, garlic, cumin, stewed toms, tom sauce, Rotel, the other 1/2 a beer and cup and a half of water and cook for 30 minutes. I then add my chili powder and cook another 30 minutes then sample to taste. My chili is a cumin based chili. If you like it a little sweet add ketchup to taste (have to do that for the kiddos) then pop you and your friends a cold one and Enjoy!
