I call it broiling. Next time try this LKOZ. Same technique using the tin foil, a little salt and pepper, a dash of season salt, a shake of lemon pepper, and instead of using the butter, drizzle a little EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) over it. close the foil up, 350 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes for 8 pcs. Your tounge will beat your brains out it wil be so good.
