Where did all this tackle come from???????

Last night I got all my longline/spider rig rods and reels out of my ceiling rack over my boat. I figure it's about time to check them out and put new line on them. I took the reels off the rods and got some spare reels I had stashed away on shelves in the garage. I finished them up tonight and took inventory of the reels. Where did all this tackle come from? I had changed line on 17 spinning reels!! I know good and well I couldn't have bought all those reels. Is there a fishing equivalent of Santa Clause or the Easter Bunny?? That's it!!! The Easter Bunny dropped them off on this way thru.

LOL...thats kind of like sticking your hands in your pockets and finding cash you didn't know was there!! Congrats!! lol...although we do tend to forget how many toys we have until we get them all together and take stock... SSSHHHHH... No one has to know how much fishing stuff we ACTUALLY have...

It had been awhile since she last went but I took my wife fishing one day last year. When we got to the lake it started to drizzle lightly so I pulled out a few sets of rain gear. As she was putting it on she's looking around at all the stuff in the boat (rods, rain gear, HDS units, HiTek rod holders, tackle) and she says "where did all this stuff come from?"
I told I was going to exercise my 5th amendment rights and not answer.

I can understand that feeling. Fishing tackle magically appears at my home too. Usually when she is out at the beauty shop. I know she will be there at least 3 hours and BPS is only 22 miles away. Just sayin.......
