Truck bed rod racks?

Do any of you have or have you made a rod holder for your truck bed? My truck bed is 6 ft and I have a few 7ft 1 piece rods that are a pain to keep from getting banged up... Post your creations if you have fixed anything up... Thanks guys!

I've seen some that resemble rocket launcher style holders on about a 30* angle. This keeps the rods away from the top of the tailgate when you hit bumps along the way. Saw one that layed on top of the bed, connected at front and back and allowed the rods to overhang the back a short way. No pics, I saw them at hiway speed from my rig windows. Folks that fish the beaches from their pickups have some neat ideas.

Yeah I noticed the beach and striper fisherman have good ideas I just worry about my ultra lights shaking to much...
