You have 30 minutes to edit or delete your post. After that you have to ask a moderator to do it for you.

I find myself in that position now and again. I found that getting into the habit of reviewing the post before I post it helps to catch errors I have made. Having said that I looked to review this reply and had to click on advanced button at the bottom right to get that option. Welcome aboard...

There is a thirty minute timer on the EDIT function.....you have 30 minutes to edit......after that you will have to PM a mod and either get him to edit it or delete it.
