Default Fished Lake Onalaska in Wisconsin

I fished off a pontoon boat with a bunch of relative newbies to fishing. It was a lot of fun. It's more fun to see the others catch fish that it is to actually catch them yourself sometimes. We must have looked like typical tourists with all these journalists on one pontoon boat, but it was a great time.

Pretty much fished straight down in 15 feet of water with Wax Worms. Some also tossed jigs toward the weed beds.

We caught Bluegill, Perch and Crappie.

Awesome. You had fun and were surrounded by beauty too. Sounds like a great day Ed. Everyone can't catch a big crappie like that. You have talent.

Thanks guys. The folks in Wisconsin are so friendly. We're going out on a fishing barge this morning. I'll report back soon! Wish us luck.
