Another tough day with the dog days of summer followed by a cold front followed by high blue skies!! Biggest fish was probably no more than 11 inches, but there were hundreds of fish under 9" caught and released. I hope that bodes well for the future, particularly after the large fish kill from 2012.

First place went to Troy Chandler of Western Hills near Cincinnati and Doug Allen of Hamilton, winning $468 with a weight of 4.70 pounds. Doug and Troy swam jigs and used a jig and float to find their fish.

Frank Dimos of Lebanon Ohio and Bill Hora of New Paris Ohio took 2nd place with a weight of 4.67 pounds, winning $312. The pair also took home big fish money totaling $140 with a monster .74 pound fish (Well, it looked like a monster next to some of the other fish weighed....I swear I was tempted to step on one or two of them to get 'em to 9"). Frank and Bill primarily spider rigged jigs and minnows on points and breaks.

Next up--East Fork!! Finally going home....
