    Default Teal Season

Well teal season came in today and this one was memorial to say the least. We only got 1 teal but the snake killing was spectacular. In the fiest 30 minutes of daylight Team Double D had already shot and killed 7 water moccisans. They sho liked this particular blind an awful lot. I think I'll let them have it.

Sure they ain't just water snakes? That many moccs in one area would be a rare situation. They don't usually bunch up like that.

Sounds like a pretty typical teal season to me! Last several years have been TERRIBLE! And the only good snake is a dead snake! There all water moccasin rattling king cobras! And all poisoness! Killem em all! :-)

Their heads looked like they were but when they are only 12" from your head and feet and swiming off and then coming back into the blind, not sure and dont care. They were way too many and way too close. If they were harmless they should've spoke up. They were nested up in there pretty thick, that many more got away.

Matt, we usually do real good and dont hunt blinds this early. Glad we did'nt get in there while it was dark. You and I have the same opinion.

Well at least you got to shoot at something even if it was snakes. Them teal are fun to shoot at but snakes are easier to hit.
