    Default Calling in som IOU's

Sometimes it pays to be a good guy. Local paper article about my boat.

I am waiting on the steering linkage (go cart parts) to arrive. Cant' (no need to) hook up linear actuator until I know where it will be mounted

You should be able to deduct the price of the boat from your taxes since it was used for educational purposes. (need smilie behind bars to add)

    Pretty cool article, Tom.

My brother thought it would be good to get one of his trade school buddies to work on his 67 Mustang GT as a class project years ago. Once they were done with it, my bro had to replace the 390 engine due to the class wrecking it while tinkering on it. A bunch of bent push rods don't help the performance. I think that was the last time any of my family let a trade school class help out.

Glad you are having better luck.

I watch like a hawk. I can't do the heavy work anymore. The did a pretty good job. I have had a lot of "stopper by ers" at the house as I slowly put this rig together. It is a neat little boat.

Patient Pending? You just might start something others will want. Any sponsors yet? Don't be surprised if they come knockin' on the door.

I found that out the same way. When a senior in HS I owned a 65 stingray. Took it into shop class to get help adjusting the motors on the disappearing headlights. Someone dropped a ratchet and put a hole in the aluminum radiator! Cost a couple hundred to just get the old one fixed and that was in 1975. Never drove it around the back of the school again!!
