Default pretty good day on Stockton Lake Missouri

found a few up the little sac, up past the big rock. now your thinkin.

blue/chartruse slabbuster was the ticket and the only bite came on that jig, tried glow chartruse,black/char. silver most every color, and just thought what would ole monty do.......... so I let one go, headed the boat into the wind and fished.
84dg water, clear, light north west wind, clouds and sun. 8 till 11:30
dead battery again, time for a new one.
caught about 20 and had 7 keepers, and a couple that would have maybe measured if my eye sight was better.......... nice day

way to go Mike, that has been a very good color for me lately as well. That sink should be getting a good coating fish slime to it again. It looks like they finally have it 4 to 5 feet above normal, hoping to get back over soon.

Mike, are you starting to catch any blacks or all they all whites? In the last 6 trips Allen and I have only caught 2 keeper blacks and 1 small black crappie and all the rest whites. I sure like catching those beautiful big black crappie from stockton, it is rare to catch a black in the waters I normally fish on a regular basis.
