    Default bluegill were hot Sunday


    Went to Beaver Creek Resv. in Henry County, Virginia Sunday. Me and my son caught around 150 bluegill, most in 7 - 9 inch range, also 7 redear, and 1 bass. Fly fishing from kayaks, using white nymphs.

    That sounds like fun! In my area the new thing is catching Redfish and trout from kayaks but I bet catching bluegills would be a blast!:D

    Default Beaver Creek Resv.

    Went back to beaver creek resv. this morning. Caught about 50 bluegill, 3 bass, and 4 channel cats. Flyfishing from kayak.
