Headed back out to the lake around 9am water was 80 degrees, was fishing off some ledges that went from 15 to 20 foot deep, trolling cranks about 8ft to 13ft deep, Salad bar was the color of the day, caught a handfull on black and hot pink, Bite started off slow they were hitting but not fully committed lost a lot that tapped the line. Fun day out on the river. .

Love the deer season keeps a lot of places open for us full time slab hunters ,hate the last day of jan though means all yall deer hunters will be coming out of the woods trying to catch up on all the slabs you missed out on the last 3 months (grin)
