woodruff results
Man what a windy day. Well we came in fifth with 11.6lbs, 4th was 11.8, third was 13even, second was 14.6 and can you believe this first was 18.8. He was tipping his jigs with minnows in about 6 foot of water, wouldnt you know it just like I did last weekend. We got at the ramp at 5:30 and the bait store wasnt open yet so we did with out....Big fish was 2lbs 4oz. hes getting it mounted. It started out pretty crappy, the first five boats out were following each other to woodruff (I cant keep up with with the 150's with a 50hp) When they got to the idle zone the didnt idle (it was still dark so I guess they didnt think they needed to worry) anyway, there was the man sitting in the pads stopped all five and gave them a 63dollar ticket. Thank god for my 50hp, I saw the blue light and was able to slow down just in time to get a verbal warning. Anyway overall it was a good tournament. Man you should have seen that 18lb stringer it was something else.
