Beware Ebay Seller!!!!!

He had a Zebco ZO3 reel that was a "Buy it Now" $39.99 / Make an offer listing.

I offered $35.00 with a note stating paypal would be 8/20. The seller accepted my offer and then began to badger me for payment. I reminded him by accepting my offer, he accepted the conditions I had listed in the notes.

He turned me in to Ebay's resolution center as an non-paying bidder.

I edited out the ebay members name. This is not the place for calling out specific ebay auctioneers, businesses or anyone for that matter. It's in the rules. Sorry for your deal, but go through the ebay resolution process and see what happens. Best of luck.

Not having the ebay members name is not that critical. Know how it was listed will be enough to alert anyone to be weary of this item listed in the manner described. Are atleast that is what I would now look for.

The seller may not have turned you into Ebay's resolution center as an non-paying bidder. Some of this is done automatically if not paid in so much time. It's not a big deal. You just need to pay and you will receive the item. Also as a seller he can't give you bad feedback. But if you want to give him bad feedback you can. Nothing he can do about it.
