I run a 1968' 9.5hp Evenrude about every weekend, it runs like a top too. I have no reason to replace it. Also many parts are still available, if You need parts, I will look up the place I bought mine from?

I bought a new Evinrude 5.5 hp in 1960 for $200......one of the best motors ever....it was heavy, I think around 60#....sold it in 1974 for $200.....
