Can I ask for one more prayer?

I had a little outpatient surgery a couple weeks ago and had my post op visit on Thursday. I got the news that nobody ever wants to hear. I have been diagnosed with endometrial cancer. (yes billbob, that means lady parts). The good news is that it's stage 1 and my doc says if ya gotta have cancer this is the best one to have. I have an appointment with an oncologist at the West Clinic in Memphis next Friday to get the whole scoop and plan of attack. I do know that I have to have a hysterectomy, but that's all the info I've got right now. I was pretty freaked out when I heard the news, especially since Mom was still in the hospital and we didn't know what was wrong. It's sunk in a little more now and I'm ready to get this battle fought, won and over with. That being said, I'm asking my c.c family to say a prayer.

Yep, keep a positive outlook and you will beat it, prayers sent. Also fight it don't give up the ship for one minute & do what doc says, I had the male counter part cancer and beat it, pronounced all clear last year after 44 radiation treatments, with this new radiation its just like going in & getting a X-ray-- piece of cake..........
