Hey Slab I worked up in Il a few years ago and helped to build a assisted living place. While there I heard a radio disc jockey give the deffinition for CUBS. He said it meant Completely Useless By September. Is this true? My ex was a big CUBS fan and she said it wasn't. Just curious
