    Is the Bolivar repeater operational and active? Can it be hit by boat on the above lakes? By HT? By 50w and antenna? 2m, 70cm? Can the Springfield repeaters be accessed with 50w and mobile antenna?

    Only guy that I know that would know is Radioactive. Haven't seen him on here in a couple years.
