I put out two from jandjhabitat called Crappie Trees this morning and boy do I love them for ease to build and put in the water. One feature I like the most is that the cross arms are not glued in, they are held in place on the main beam by a long plastic pin on either side of the main beam. This is excellent because recently I accidently hooked one of my Porcupine condos with the anchor, and when I finally got it up two of the 5ft. arms came out of the center sphere and dropped to the bottom. They really work well, but the glue does not seem to stand any moving around at all. Any way the designe of the Crappie Tree prevents this from happining. I put them in a position for fall, winter and early spring when the wind is out of the North, so will be a few weeks before we fish them. So if you are looking for some comerical condos, look at their web site and see if you like them.
