Default whats your go to rig

Im talking, double jigs, minnow. Maybe a crankbait with a lead weight below it like a kentucky rig.
I am just trying to broaden my tackle box a little bit, and i am always willing to try something new

1/8oz or 3/16oz Orange jig head with a 3" Blk/Pink or Blue/Chart solid body tube. Will tip a 2" tube with a minnow when things get tough. Have also had some success this year when fishing gets tough by doing a modified drop shot rig. I use a 3/16oz or 1/4oz jig head then come up 8"-12" to a red #2 minnow hook tied directly to the line with a palomar knot. Will use a tube on the heavy jig head and lower it down to the bottom and hold the line tight and let the minnow do its thing.

Black and Kelly green on a Chartuse or black 1/8 oz head tipped with minnow next to structure usually help on a slow morning for me

ive done real well this late spring/early summer on a bobby barland strollR in blue ice on a 1/8 oz plain jig head i also like to use a modified drop shot rig very similar to what jigging15 uses. i like to drop it to the bottum then bring it up VERY VERY slow. the slower the better till i find the proper depth.

Scented orange and chartreuse muddy water straight tail on 1/8 inch jig head. Scent stays on these jigs forever!
