Found me a boat!!!

I think I have found me a boat, PRO Craft 180. One of the first things Im going to do is upgrade the electronics. Been debating which one to go with (Hummingbird or Lowrance), I know i want side imagining on the console and DI up front with something linking them together. Any have any recommendations?? Ive got bout 2000 to spend but could prob push it to 2500.


Im kinda thinking HDS-7 GEN 2 at the console and an Elite 7 HDI up front and a Point-1 antenna linking them.

sounds good i use hummingbirds both of my units are down imaging and i love the switchfire mode in mine really helpful when locating the shad thats my opinion its a hard desicion good luck congrats on the boat

Corey my friend just did that combo with the HDS 8 and Elite 7 on front. Loves the set up. They have just come out with some update where they can share mapping. Check with Brian at BBG marine he can help you out. They also have a couple of free programs available for purchase of each unit.

Congrats Corey!!! Cray is right. I had Humminbirds for 10 years. Put an HDS system on my new boat and Love them!!!! Good luck with what ever you choose.
