    Default Stockton


    Fished Cedar Ridge at Stockton Friday afternoon and Saturday Morning. Skunked on Friday and caught only one on Saturday. My reputation as a crappie fisherman has been shattered this weekend.
    Stockton bite was tap and release. Had hits, but couldn't get 'em hooked.

    I suck.

    Forgot to mention I met Beagleman out on the lake on Saturday. Great meeting him for the first time.

    I was at Stockton Saturday, fiddling with the toon, watching grandaughter
    catch carp off of the dock. Two differrent boats came in with fish,
    one had a five gallon bucket full. They were both drifting along the first
    cove to the right of the State Park Marina. There is a rocky bank there
    and they were catching crappie in 35 feet of water, and big bluegill
    in 10. One guy said he fished cedar ridge stickups most of the day, didnt do
    any good until he came in and started fishing that bank I'm gonna nightstalk
    plastic on wednesday night, but saturday I would like to try that bank.
