    Default Well, Caterpillar Poop

I was just down at the in-laws on Lake Conway and noticed small round green balls (just larger than a pin head) dropping out of their trees. I also noticed that on the ground that there were several caterpillar like worms crawling. According to the in-laws, the news just did an article on the caterpillars and their neighbor said that the dropping things was caterpillar poop. Is there anything to this? I know the bream loved the caterpillars.

Them Oak Worms eat Red Oak Leaves and fish love them. Great place to fish is under over hanging limbs on your favorite Bream waters.

I have oak trees over hanging my driveway and boat and the worm poo gets all over the driveway and boat cover. When some one comes over that doesn't know any better I ask them if they can help me figure out what it is. I get a big kick out of watching them pick it up and inspect it trying to figure it out..........even better if you can get a group going on it...haha fun stuff!

    CastandBlast is a sick puppy.

I love it, man. My kinda guy.

AT night, when it's still at sunset, I can hear oak 'stuff' raining down, sounds like rain.
