Default grand experiment, 998c vs lds7 touch

I now have a humminbird 998c hdsi and a lowrance hds 7 Touch installed on my rig. I intend to compare them very carefully, keep one, sell one.
anyone have specific tests they want done?
like most buyers I couldn't tell which one I'd like the best, so now I'll take a look.
Mounting both transducers was tough, and the lowrance got cheated, but if I see lots of interference, I will switch them or just go with one at a time.

I wanna see which makes the best cup of coffee...

    Just kidding Brett...

I look forward to seeing screenshots.....especially in the realm of SI Range comparison at 800kHz...and separately at 455kHz..

Please get comparison shots at several increasing SI Range distances...ie...50ft, 75ft, 100ft, 125ft...
(Try to choose similar pallette color choices, similar boat speeds, same scan path, same day water conditions)...

Please turn off one brand while scanning with the other...

    first look at both yesterday,
bird is brighter, much easier to see,
si is better since the screen is bigger
    and brighter, more cumbersome to
use needing much adjustment , slower switching of views , scrolling speeds

lowrance is way way better in down images, most adjustments are automated and fast

moving lowrance head unit to try and kill glare problem.
moving lowrance transducer to optimal position on transom.
