    I did finish off my joystick controller. I decided to package all the stuff in the joystick box (not yet discovered). This is a industrial joystick. I added boards on both side of the joystick frame using the white board for transducer mounting. I love my dremel. The green pcb board is the PWM generator and linear actuator position monitor. I can stop the actuator where I set it so not to overdrive the ram. On the opposite side is the blue pcb board which is the actuator motor driver
    capable of 20 amps continuous. My model airplane parts sure come in handy.

    The circuit is linear proportional (you move the joystick a little, the engine turns a little).

    This will be the steering control my my new boat.

    The engine (Merc 30hp) showed up today. Locator79 brother-in-law dropped it off. A really nice feller he is.
    I was gonna get a new Tohatsu from BRM, but this was too good a deal to let pass.

    I like your plug connection. So can you plug that into your trailer light connection on your truck and joystick drive it? LOL

    I thought maybe he was going to plug it into trailer and drive trailer(from inside toon) to the boat ramp, but then what do I know that stuff Canepole does is about a cloud and a half over my brain..........
