    Default i believe i caught my first smallmouth today.


    the jaw did not go past the rear margin of his eye, and his color looked that of a smallmouth rather than a largemouth. He wasn't very big, 7 or 8 inches. Sorry no photo, but I am 85% positive that was my first smallmouth bass.
