Humminbird PC won't install

Sorry for yet another question, but i can't get the hbird pc program to install,
I updated Java, tried Chrome and Foxfire,
it gets stuck on the set up section.

ps, i'm running that fine OS, called Vista

Turn off user account control completely and see if that helps.

still not installling,
i also disabled anti virus , nothing,
it did however, install easily on my laptop

Suggest you delete the current download completely from your computer, and then download it again. Probably got a bad download.

Are you having trouble getting HBPC to download from the HB website...or having trouble getting the .exe application installer to install the program on to your PC...??

Do you get any messages or errors, or does. It just not do anything?

it downloads fine, it just won't fully install, says to try again, I have downloaded the program 6 times,

Can you right click on the .exe application installer and see something that says "Run as administrator"...??
