Default Motor Guide TM shaft replacement

Going to replace a bent shaft on my BD1236 Motor Guide. Has any body had any experience doing this? Any help is appreciated.

After a couple of You Tubes and some searching around, I got the bent shaft out. Waiting on new shaft.
