    Those are just like I've seen used on countless boats when I lived in FL. Theirs were usually 6" pipe and were slightly different. One change was a carriage bolt with the head on the top where the wing nut is, and the adjustment groove was cut with a router. They truly are timeless.

    I have made some similar to those. Great idea. I bolted mine to a metal plate I welded on a C. Clamp.

    Those are ok.....I have used some like that.....but I like my Hi-Teks a lot better
