Nice pictures
I returned to Bennitt Lake this afternoon anticipating the variety of fish available for my flyrod and found I was the only person on the lake.
Every time I return to this lake I notice more and more beauty that this lake offers.
I managed to once again encounter the expected variety of fish.
This lucky fellow somehow managed to live long enough to meet me as this wound was completely healed.
There is really no way to compete against Mother Nature's waterscapes.
I also noticed that the beddding activity of the bluegills appears to be coming to an end.
In the short time I had this afternoon, before the storms moved through, I managed to land 38 bluegills, 11 shellcrackers and 7 small bass. All were released for future enjoyment.
Here's hoping I have the pleasure to meet you one day on the water...
