Buying liquid plastics

I am thinking of making some plastic frogs, can you buy the liquid plastics at a craft store? I have found some on the web but wanted to see if it is something I could pick up intown. Thanks

I have done some grubs and worms but never found anywhere local to get the plastic. here is a link to a forum where you can read everything you need to know and what are the best plastic as well as where to get them. hope this helps
