HI-Tech holders. and you can get 4 12ft pinnaclcle rods for 60 bucks at Grizzly Jig. You can get the holders there too.
I am thinking about buying a couple 10' rods & learning to troll. I was watching a youtube video running his trolling motor with a couple rods off of the front of the boat around .5-.8mph. Maybe use a Mr. Crappie rig. Can anyone give me some tips or other advice on trolling like this or info for rod holders? Thanks!

look on the South Carolina Board, there is a sticky for longline trolling. Alot of good information on there, it helped me alot last spring when I got into it.
Thanks guys! I'll keep searching the forum. Just keep the ideas coming on trolling rod and reel preferences! Thanks!
Just search longline trolling here and there should be a good man. I know we have talked a lot about both longlining as well as slow trolling like you mentioned. Speed is important in both and not much different for both, but longlining can get a little faster at times and still do well up to 1.2 MPH.
i just longline and here it's in spring and fall using a 1/32 oz Roadrunner for me. I know we have talked in detail here, but if your search doesn't come up with enough just shoot me a PM and I can help with this kind of trolling.
