I use a Work Sharp knife & Tool Sharpener for all my fillet knifes & serrated blades on my electric knifes it works get.

I got one of them work sharp knife things, and it works real well, just never used it on them serrated blades, may have to give it a try.

Heard of folks sharpening them with round files. Not a user of electric myself. I'm not even good at sharpening to old manual fillet knives.

With the work sharp you just sharpen the flat side of the blade.

just wonder if anyone has tried to make extra belts?
Mainly will use the 2 knife belts.
Anyone know about how long the belt last?

I was wonderin how that worked with a belt. it don't seem right to sharpen the flat side?
shouldn't the flat side remain flat?
