    Default Does this include riggers?

If it does we're most likely all in violation. If you use more than 3 poles (or 2 poles on the Mississippi River) at any one time, the additional poles must be labeled with your full name and address
The best way to get to where you want to be in the future is to act like you are there TODAY.

Good question, I do some catfishing from the bank and after reading that and labeling all my catfish rods I labled all of my rigging rods just in case.

I label all of my poles just to be safe. Like Beagle said on another board, I use mailing labels that my insurance company sends me then wrap them with clear packing tape.

Its been that way for a long time! You better have them labeled.
May all your live wells be full.

Go to the second page on this forum and there is a long discussion about it but make sure to go to second page of the thread to get the final answer about it. I also copy and pasted it to the thread on the main MO page.
