Woohoo - went out yesterday and finally caught enough crappie that were big enough for me to clean - I'm giddy... LOL Ended up cleaning 11 of them yesterday, all 9" or above - I'm not quite to that 10" or 11" level yet, but it's just around the corner... I figure it's not bad for my first ziplock of crappie filets.

Oh, my report... Water depth was about 5 feet (I'm guessing), fishing from the bank out into light cover, with a chartreuse head road runner (and a red/chartreuse tube) about 14" below a float...
