Hayward area

Hello: Heading to the Hayward area this weekend June 1 to June 7. Never fished the area before and am looking for fishing information, Crappie, Smallmouth and Walleye, where to go, what baits to use. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You. O - R

We will be on the big Chip June 1 thru June 8 not sure what this year will bring last year Crappie liked 1/32 oz chartruse jigs with white tube jigs floated over the weeds in 12 foot of water two years ago slip bobbers and minnows in the shallows. Walleye can be hard to find only luck we had last year was after dark crank baits along drop offs in 15 to 20 foot of water. Fom what I read the spawn is on so crappie should be shallow. Good luck I,m in a black 1600 ss lund alaskan if you see me stop and say hi will share any info I have. We are staying at Johnsons resort on the east side.
