    Default Old Town Lake


    Took my little nephew down to old town lake to do some bank fishing for crappie since I had the bright idea to sell my boat right before spring. We fished with minnows and jigs and couldn't keep the catfish off of them. It wasn't exactly what we were going for but we ended up catching a load of them. We ended up keeping 9 or 10. He had a good time and is excited to go back so I can't complain and I'm looking forward to taking him back. Hopefully next time I will have replaced my boat and we can get into some crappie.
