    Default Trolling with Alabama rigs?

Has anybody tried slow trolling(spider rig style) "Alabama rigs"?I have saw some small enough for crappie at wally world. If so are the results any better than just trolling jigs on a straight line?

We sale a two, three, four and five wire for different lake laws and we pull them side pulling some and do well on them, we us a hair hook no lead because the umbrella rig weighs 1/2 ounce and works great the way I fish!
