Went out to Binder and did not have much success. I did get a few crappie in 10 to 15 feet of water in the tree tops. I spent most of my time bass fishing and did get a 4.5 to 5 pounder that was spawning in the upcoming lily pads. I then caught two buck bass and had to leave. Of course I found where some fish were at the end of the day. For you guys who like to bass fish and live in the Jefferson City area don't overlook Binder Lake, it has some real pigs. IMO the best time to fish it is in the summer time from first light to 10 am. When the fish get in the shallow lily pads, or on the dam, it can be game on flipping jigs or soft plastics. The lake is really hit or miss but I did have a three day stretch where I had 58 lbs on 15 fish. It kinda looks like a little Lake Fork
