Congrats,
With the full moon right now it is tougher.
Hey all I made my first trip to Truman in about 10 years. The started off slow. I only caught 5 on Saturday afternoon between 5-8. Only one was a keeper. Sunday was a much better day. In my first spot, I got 3 keepers in about 10 minutes. I got them on minnows. Then, the sun came out and I struggled until 1:30. I went to a point near the State Park, and found some good fish in about 40 feets suspended 15-25 feet down. I picked two more keepers in that spot. Then it happend, I found a small isolated clump of trees in 50 feet of water. At about 18-25 feet, my graph went black with fish. In about an hour, I caught over 30 fish, and 12 more keepers the biggest being a 11.5 inch fish and numerous 10 ins. I know they were not the big slabs, but it was fun.
Water Claity: Clear
Water Temp: 77-78
Depth: 15-25 feet over 40-50 feet
Area: Lower Tebo area
Bait: minnows and pearl slabhunter 1/16th ounce head
Thanks for all the help. The crappie tasted great last night.
