Default My first time Crappie fishin :-)

Well finally got a chance to hit the lake and try some crappie fishing. Me and a buddy headed out at about 7:15 Saturday morning. It took me a while to get the hang of finding the depth and knowing what the crappie bite felt like. But once I did I had a blast. We ended up with 50 total between us in about 3 hours of fishing. Took almost as long to clean them. Sorry no pictures this time. Will be better prepaired the next time we go out.

From everything I've read, every day should be that good on Eufala. If you want the inside info and to learn a lot in one day, you might consider paying and going out one day with Todd Huckabee, the guy will tell you everything he knows and is down to earth type person. I've talked to the guy a few times on the phone in the past year, he's cool.

You can just go to his website. His contact info is on there. I'd recommend calling him, he'll take some time if you email him.
