    Default My Honey Hole 4-25-2003

Got to the lake at sun up. There was a little chill in the air. Caught a few, but I think it will still be a couple af weeks before they really turn on.

That's what I'm talking about. The only way better is on a cane pole. Glad y'all had a nice day. Those would make Andy and Opie jealous. Andy-1Cove

If you notice I posted this at 11:30 PM. I was beat from a long day. I tried to edit it this morning when I noticed it, but I couldn't do it. They were caught yesterday.

Nice Catch! Do you fillet yours or just cut the heads off and gut them?

I only fillet my fish. Some people say they taste better with the bones left in. Me personally, when I eat fried fish, I don't have time to work around the bones.

I completely understand...lol...you fillet them off the skin or scale them and fillet them. Trying to figure out how to do this, b/c I'd much rather have a bunch of fillets. Thanks
