Glad they are ok! You can always buy another boat.
Everybody needs to be extremely careful on the grand around pretty bob creek. A friend of mine come out of hay creek last night about 7 p.m. and hit a floating log that was just under the surface. It completely busted an 200hp yamaha off of his boat and sent them into a series of doughnuts across the water at 60mph. Thank god it didnt capsize or throw them out. They were both ok, just a little sore and shook up. No telling were that log is now but it was right in the middle of the channel in front of pretty bob. With the high water and the dam pulling water no telling how many more of these death traps are just under the surface. Be careful and live to fish another day!!!

Wowser! Lucky.
Bulletman aka Tommy
Wow that would be a crazy ride, glad they are OK.
life jackets on and kill switches attached!!!! glad he's ok.
Every arm of Truman is like that right now. Glad they were ok even if the boat was not.
That is really scary. I'm glad they had only minor injuries.
The Missouri River is like that when it is up. It doesn't stop people from running up and down it. Have seen some REALLY BIG trees coming down it last weekend. It isn't the ones you can see that is the problem it is the ones you can't see.
wow, glad they are ok, man that would scare the ////////////////////rat out of me
Boat came in to a local dealer yesterday, i assume it's the same rig, this could have been a tragedy. A very big "LIKE" to the kill switch and life jacket post above but that's no guarantee. There's are several cases of an outboard being torn loose and flipping up into the cockpit resulting in death and injuries from a turning prop. Avoidance is the only sure thing but many of the larger logs ride low in the water.
