Yep, in HTML code the "/" means "End" and it won't start unless there is an end.
Problem solved--After I pasted the address and hit the yellow insert image icon it gave me[IMG] instead of [/IMG]. I found this when Jerry said I had the right and complete address. I kept looking until the only thing I saw different was the/. I manually typed it in and bingo.
