    Well, I did sort of die and go to Heaven this evening. We had fresh asparagus out of the garden, along with some ice gills, and of course mushrooms....but here it the kicker....you guys know I like panko. Well, the mushrooms were dried off real good, and then given the panko treatment and fried in olive oil. Scrumpdillyliscious. No soggy shrooms.
