with a small mill it is a piece of cake. By hand it is possible but also very easy to mess something up. I will try and take a look at my walleye head mold tonight and see what it would take.
How easy it to modify a do-it mold to accept screw loks? I know the have a round head with screw loks but what about a walleye head?

If it was a single wire piece it would be easier, but the screw lock takes a slot like a crane swivel in say the pony mold. You'd have to be real careful not to nick the back edge of the eyelet slot or it would allow lead to fill it and you don't want to have to clear eyes.
This is kinda one of my pet peeves with Do-it, it doesn't show the actual insides of the molds anymore for each one, as you could check the one with a screw lock and one without to see what you'd have to try moding.
I've thought about doing some mods to a few of mine by I really don't want to screw them up. Crazy Angler Tackle used to do mods but he's gotten out of it.
Are you trying to put a screw lock that wraps around the hook shank or one that aims to the hook point like the stand up jig?
Might email do-it and see if they would custom make a mold for ya!!!

yeah I checked and there is not enough space ti fit the cavity that would hold the screwlock. you may be able to get away with something like this. Do-It Molds: Round Head Jig - Wire Keeper
